Refund and Returns Policy

We only accept returns on garments if you receive a damaged product from our end. Please do refer to size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes. Our team is available at contact@theomgstores.com

To start a return, you can log in with your email ID which you used while placing the order (or) drop a mail to support@s8ul.store with relevant imagery and information about your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it. We only accept returns in case of fabric or print damage. The exchange of sizes subjects to availability of size. Please refer to size chart before placing order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you an estimated cost of a turnaround courier. Once paid for the turnaround shipping, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please refer to sizing charts for product sizing as many products are oversized and androgynous. Still can be exchanged if you are not satisfied with the size.
