At OMG Originals by OMG Clothing, every piece is part of a limited drop, designed to be exclusive. Due to this nature, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of a damaged or defective product (fabric or print issue).
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
- Clear images/video proof must be provided
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed and delivered.
Replacement Policy
If your return is approved:
- The product will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability
- If unavailable, you may choose:
- Another product of equal value, or
- Store credit for future drops
Size Exchange
Our designs are often oversized and androgynous, as part of our signature style.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability
- We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order
